01 Acceptance of Terms

• You are accessing pb777 as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a business, organisation, or any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, prohibited, or requires a local license that pb777 does not hold.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of pb777 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pb777 or had your account suspended or terminated for breach of this Agreement.
• You are of sound mind and are not using pb777 under any form of coercion or duress.

pb777 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Upon registration, and at any subsequent point at pb777's reasonable discretion, you may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pb777 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of pb777 services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all pb777 accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) pb777 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited.

04 Prohibited Users & Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pb777 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent any security or fair play mechanism on pb777.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by pb777.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using pb777 for any purpose connected with the proceeds of criminal activity.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil bonus wagering requirements while minimising actual risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), or coordinated abuse involving multiple parties.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

pb777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your pb777 wallet in PKR.

The following terms apply to all deposit transactions on pb777:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the pb777 cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your account verification status.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your pb777 account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that your account was used for prohibited conduct, including money laundering or bonus abuse, pb777 may permanently forfeit the withheld balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

You may close your pb777 account at any time by contacting pb777 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completed KYC verification.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pb777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through pb777's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

• pb777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Nothing in this Section limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

15 Amendments to These Terms
